INDEPENDENT DUAL SENSOR INPUTS
KECO Engineered Controls provides the Rosemount 56 Dual Channel Multi-Parameter Transmitter for use in advanced liquid analysis. The dual-channel transmitter is capable of displaying up to 2 independently measured liquid analytical measurements. Advanced features like quick start programming, PID control, and data logging expand this transmitter’s capabilities far beyond the display and transmission of measurement readings. These transmitters are equipped with digital communication options to transmit process results via HART hosts and Profibus networks.
ACCEPTS MANY TYPES OF LIQUID ANALYTICAL SENSORS
As a dual-channel transmitter, the Rosemount 56 can accept inputs from pH/ORP, ISE, flow, conductivity, free chlorine, total chlorine, dissolved oxygen, ozone, and turbidity sensors. Equipped with an easy-to-use graphical operator interface, users can customize the read-out to show two measurements plus diagnostics and temperature readings. There is even an onboard manual! After you have gathered the required analytical data, measurement and calibration information can be retrieved by accessing the data logger via a USB port.
REDUCED INSTALLATION CALIBRATION AND MAINTENANCE TIME
Rosemount 56 transmitters offer reduced installation and maintenance time with quick start programming, automatic recognition of SMART sensors and new sensor boards, on-board concentration curves for common acids and bases, and fast calibration of pH sensors using auto pH buffer solution detection.
DURABLE FULL-COLOR LCD DISPLAY
Rosemount 56 transmitters are constructed with a durable polycarbonate body, and a customizable, full-color LCD, backlit display for easy reading of the measurements, diagnostics, alarms, and the onboard manual. These transmitters can withstand a temperature range between 14 and 131 °F, along with a relative humidity range of 5 to 95%.
The 56 Dual Transmitter is commonly connected to other Rosemount sensors, such as the Rosemount 3900 pH/ORP sensor.
